open spaces, bizarre rock formations, thousands of springs and mountain
streams-this is the natural landscape of the Mont Lozère. Sunken lanes,
villages hewn out of the local rock, flocks of grazing sheep-this is the
human side.
From Florac to Cubières via Pont de Montvert and Villefort.
Special features include the Tower of the Mont Lozère, beech woods,
mountain pasture land, the Pic Finiels, and the imposing granite
landscape.
